I read recently that poetry is about discovering moments where you want to stop time and remember every single thing about that moment. Every smell, emotion, feeling, sound and sight so you never forget it. I search for moments that will help us learn how to face struggles in life but but also to expand and grow in this life. In the hope that I can help humanity and the world in a time that we seem to be on the cusp of light or darkness.

I asked for some guidance at an Imbolg ceremony recently and chose this Cailleach card – The Veiled One. After many years struggling with myself, drinking, mental health, being a parent – I’ve decided to accept her challenge, to embrace my feminine roots, trust my power and lift the veil.
